Waiting for the bus at stop 645467 and I see it turning the corner - but it passes my stop because the driver was too distracted scrolling through their phone to count the passengers boarding. We all stared at each other, confused and irritated, as it drove another block before turning around. I'm just trying to get to work, not attend to the driver's entertainment. Now I'm going to be late.
