Trying to order breakfast at the bakery this morning, the barista asked how I wanted my eggs cooked, and I told her scrambled, thinking that covered it. Turns out, I didn't get to specify if soft or hard, and when I took my first bite, they were burnt to a crisp. The lack of clarity between scramble and cooking style seems like a basic oversight in the first place.
