Traffic lights are still malfunctioning here today, and it's becoming infuriating. Every other intersection is stuck on red. I sat at one for 3 minutes, the car behind me honked incessantly, and I'm pretty sure our combined anger caused a nearby pigeon to take flight. I swear, it's like they're trying to create more drivers like the one who cut me off 2 minutes ago - aggressive and oblivious.
