Traffic crawls to a dead halt in front of me, and I waste precious minutes stuck just inches from an abandoned coffee cup. Can't they see I have work to do? People just litter like it's nothing. Now I'll be late. Always on time until something mindless destroys an otherwise decent day. Guess it makes sense that nobody's moving around here - nobody's really in control anyway - and neither am I.
