Today's coffee shop encounter still bugs me. I ordered a simple cappuccino, specified non-fat milk, just like I always do. I'm handed a steaming cup with a layer of cream at the top - full fat. I politely point out the mistake, expecting the barista to correct it and apologize maybe. Nope, just a shrug, Sorry, not my fault, kitchen made it. Unenthused.
