Today I was trying to get tickets to that new exhibit in Paris for my grandma's birthday and for some ungodly reason they wouldn't let people browse through categories, I had to click through a never-ending slideshow with no option to return, it took me 20 minutes to find what I wanted, what's so complicated about designing a simple filter menu.
