Today I spent 5 minutes trying to get a parking ticket to accept my expired credit card. It kept looping, insisting it was invalid despite me clearly selecting it, so I ended up punching in every single digit by hand because the machine refused to recognize the swipe. Like, what kind of outdated technology are we still stuck with? And they're still expecting us to magically troubleshoot.
