This morning I stared at 221432 printed on my receipts since February, and it really got under my skin. That's three, four consecutive zip codes – what's the chances? It started with my coffee order, followed by grocery shopping, now I'm starting to notice it everywhere I buy something. My brain's already racing through possibilities – data collection, targeted ads, a sick prank?
