Stupid parking tickets. Someone decided my 30 second overstay on the timed spot at West Main Grocery would set me back 25 bucks just because the meter only accepts cash after 9 PM yet the automated fine still wants to be paid online. Can't I just have the common decency to be penalized like a normal human being with a working debit card?
