Stood in my apartment building elevator for two minutes staring at a blank screen because apparently pressing floor 5 and hold won't register as a valid selection. Like who designs this stuff. Can't we just put a button that doesn't do the exact opposite of the intention. Now I'm late because some genius thought swipe-down-for-floor-counting was a good idea.
