Still fuming about this morning. I grabbed coffee from the cafe and they got it wrong - no sugar as requested. Not a lot, just no sugar. So they give me the whole cup back to remake it and I just sit there while they're like it's no big deal that I wasted 4 precious minutes because someone can't get the order right, meanwhile everyone else just breezes in and out with their correct lattes.
