Still fuming about the morning commute, but what really gets my goat is when you finally buy that coffee they've been promising for the past five minutes only to have them mishear the simple order of a large mocha.

I mean seriously, do they not listen when you specifically say 'mocha with an extra shot'. Do I look like the type who just wants straight hot water in a cup.
