Still fuming about the bank's customer service - or lack thereof. I stood there for 45 minutes, watching as they helped four other people. When I finally got in front of the attendant, he couldn't help me because they're still waiting on some paperwork. Like, who's running the operation around here? It's 2024, I shouldn't be wasting half my lunch break.
