Staring at the clock for the seventh time in one hour because our IT department still uses a scheduling tool from the Clinton era. We've got an actual countdown timer on the screen now - the last update was 6 months ago, so who knows, maybe it's counting down to actual updates. Can't seem to prioritize fixing outdated software over what seems to be their top-secret project on Excel pivot tables.
