Standing in the long line at Starbucks this morning, watching another customer attempt to explain their complex latte order to the barista as if it were a mathematical equation nobody had previously solved. Like, come on, a grande half-caf, half-decaf iced caramel macchiato with four extra spoons of syrup is not rocket science.
