Some genius decided to update our office printer and change the network settings without telling anyone else. I walk into the break room, swipe my badge, and the print screen reads login required for the third time. I stare at 555-495 etched into the side - the phone I was using to call for help is listed. Why is that info there and no network access help? Now I'm on hold.
