So I was just trying to order my Sunday coffee and their card reader decided to not work for like 10 minutes. People were swatting at their cards and looking at me like it's somehow my fault. Finally, they call over a manager who's gotta come with a special key just to make it work. What am I even paying for here, a fancy card reader or service?
