So, I was in line at the coffee shop and this guy just steps right up to the front of the queue, phone in hand, clearly hadn't even taken a glance at the line that was at least five people deep behind us. He orders a complicated latte drink with about six customizations and expects us all to wait because I'm busy, newsflash: we all have places to be, buddy.
