So I spent the last hour sorting this stupid shipping issue with a company that's supposed to deliver a box within a two-mile radius and it ends up getting routed to some completely wrong part of town because of a tiny mis-entered zip code difference - 934823 vs 934802. Two miles in any direction and apparently that makes all the difference.
