People running low on coffee creamer in the break room.
It's never at a convenient time, always when I'm in desperate need, but somehow, miraculously, when my coworkers are always like 'is it just me or...?' Then someone finally restocks, only after I've bought a half gallon myself because I couldn't deal with the uncertainty.
