People order coffee, then complain it's too hot, expecting someone to magically lower the temperature. I watched that happen this morning - a guy orders a large black coffee, sets his phone down right next to the cup, and proceeds to complain it's scorching. Did he not see the sign that says hot beverages served or the fact that he was the one touching the cup?
