People in coffee shops don't know how to wait for an empty table, apparently thinking the universe revolves around them. I stood by the counter for ten minutes yesterday waiting for my number to be called, only to have some other family swoop in and sit down at the exact one I was gunning for. Like they had a right to my spot, just because they thought they got there first.
