People have no idea how annoying small acts of convenience entitlement are. I'm still waiting for my lunch at the restaurant counter and someone behind the counter is trying to re-arrange the pick-up orders based on perceived priority, not actual wait-time, because apparently the customer who just yelled at them matters most.
