People can't even take 30 seconds to read the text message. I sent a simple confirmation to that 525939 number asking them to confirm the address for our meetup and it took a ridiculously long 2 hours for them to type back a single 'yes' - no 'I was busy,' no explanation, just a 'yes'. What's harder about hitting 2 buttons? Do we need an essay in return? Is that too much to ask?
