People can't even order breakfast right. I just watched a guy at the diner, iPhone in hand, tap yes on a prompt asking if he wanted whole wheat toast, and then proceed to ask the server so, whole wheat... or, um, regular? like the decision was still up in the air, when his phone was clearly already committed to the whole grain option. I mean seriously, just order already.
