People are so inconsiderate with automated customer service numbers. Yesterday I spent 37 minutes waiting to talk to a person, only to have my connection drop right as I reached the live human part of the cycle – of course that was when the 2-hour wait started all over from step one and it was 7 pm after all the regular human hours were over. Unbelievable.
