People always say how much they hate traffic, but nobody talks about the real time-suckers - slow walkers. I'm stuck behind someone at a crosswalk today, and they took a five-second break to tie their shoe. Five seconds in, I checked my watch, three seconds before the walk signal changed, and a second before I had to hit the stop button on my traffic monitor app.
