Ordering coffee this morning was like a bad joke. I asked for no foam, got an entire cup of the stuff instead. I politely told the guy behind the counter, but all he did was give me a shrug and an apologetic smile. Like that's supposed to fix the problem. The funny part is I had to take out my phone to order a replacement, only to realize the machine was down.
