Ordering coffee this morning was a joke - I just stood there, staring at the screen, trying to figure out why my number wasn't working for the 5th time. I'd paid my bill yesterday in full, so what was the point of having an active account if it was still gonna block my order? I just want a simple cup of coffee without unnecessary hassle.
