Ordering coffee at the new cafe. Asked barista, can I get just an espresso - simple right, don't they have menus. Get a snarky stare and hear them say I must want a latte then since that's my option. Guess it's 2022, not 1892 here. Do they even listen to their own ordering process? Took an extra three minutes and still got my drink black as my mood right now.
