Ordering breakfast this morning at that new cafe down the street, they messed up my poached eggs. Like literally it's a simple egg, you'd think they could manage to cook that right. I specified how I like them, soft centers, don't overcook. No surprise, they come back hard as rocks and congealed into rubber around the yolks, like they just phoned it in.
