Ordering at the coffee shop always involves some level of annoyance. I approached the counter, said exactly what I wanted for once, in full sentence - I'll have a grande iced coffee. And the barista had the audacity to look confused. I pointed to the board where it clearly said Grande. We stood there for what felt like minutes in awkward silence, me starting to doubt my coffee needs.
