My coffee is still lukewarm after an hour since I got it. Can't someone keep up with the basic job description at 787? The barista took my money, handed me my coffee, and then proceeded to watch an entire YouTube video on her phone like she had nothing to do. Now mine's gone from steaming hot to almost cold.
