Just wasted 20 minutes at the ATM because I accidentally chose the option to order a prepaid phone and now I have to go back to the bank office to fix it. Unsettling to think they just let anyone set up an account for me right there on the machine without even verifying my identity or confirming I understand what I'm purchasing – like I'm the expert.
