Just tried to return a product with a perfectly valid 463349 number, just to be told it's expired, apparently, after only a month of use in my possession. How did a return code expire so fast? Who decides this crap? It's not like I forged the thing. Don't they store this crap on their end? This system is completely designed to thwart common decency and efficiency.
