Just tried to pay for coffee with my reusable cup and the barista gives me this condescending smirk, implies the credit goes into my rewards program only when I'm in the store, acts like I didn't know that. Meanwhile the line's backing up, all because she can't be bothered to just answer my question clearly and I had to guess how it works. I mean come on, can't even take the extra second to help.
