Just tried to order a coffee and they got my order of almond milk wrong for what feels like the hundredth time, yet somehow they manage to get my coworker's 'skim-free' order right. No one seems to know what I want apparently, I'm not even asking for a miracle here. Why do I get punished for being fussy?
