Just stepped outside and this guy next door's trash gets blown into my yard during the storm. I swear, no one puts a lid on those things. Don't people care about their neighbors or the aesthetics of their street? Meanwhile their yard looks like a disaster, weeds everywhere. Can't even take a moment to do things correctly, have to rely on someone else cleaning up after them.
