Just spent the last twenty minutes on the phone waiting for tech support and got disconnected not once, not twice, but thrice, because apparently, it thinks I'm a robot, because who stays on hold that long. Like I'm not human on that end, I'm not going to slam the phone down the minute it cuts out. It just keeps ringing, silently judging me as it refuses to reconnect.
