Rant

Just spent an absurd 10 minutes on hold trying to resolve an issue with my phone bill and when I finally get a representative, they can't even confirm my address.
It's like the whole organization thinks we're living on another planet, that no one actually has a simple question like is my address correct. Next I'm going to be asked if I have a pulse.
