Rant

Just spent 15 minutes on hold with my internet provider trying to resolve an issue and no one has a password reset process, but they can tell me all about how to use their website in 45 different languages. How do you not know how to reset a password? What other simple customer service task do you not have automated yet, just waiting for yet another person to call you to figure it out?
