Just ordered breakfast and the barista got my name wrong – again. It's a simple word with only two syllables and four letters but for some reason I have to spell it out every time like I'm trying to communicate in hieroglyphics. Doesn't help that the last time I made a simple mistake on their order they yelled at me like I was deliberately being annoying.
