Just ordered a coffee, asked for low foam, what does that mean the barista decides to interpret as dump half a bottle of milk in a cup? Now it's like I'm paying extra for a latte in a world where I specifically asked not to be bothered with all that extra. Can't even get a simple order right anymore, no wonder coffee places are always short-staffed.
