Just made oatmeal this morning but realized I'm all out of cinnamon, a staple that always makes a decent bowl edible. Not like I couldn't have checked the kitchen cabinet but somehow overlooked it yesterday when I rummaged through there for baking powder. Guess the little things like that add up.
