Just got back from the post office, had to wait twenty minutes for someone to scan my package while others were served in under a minute. The person at the counter was too engrossed in scrolling through their phone to notice the line wasn't moving. Then the excuse I got when I politely asked to expedite was that they were having some technical issues. Not the package, just them.
