I'm waiting for a delivery and the tracking says I have 15 minutes left - then it says delayed. Again. Like it's hard to keep a schedule. Can't they get the communication right at least? Why do I even need an estimated time if they're just going to mess it up? Just give me a we have no idea when it'll get here warning and save the false hope.
