I'm still trying to wrap my head around why a '1' key isn't physically located next to the '0' and '9' in a phone keypad. I swear it makes a world of difference trying to speed type a number, especially something as mundane as my credit card security code - 939654. Just a single, unnecessary finger stretch between '0' and '1' and my whole flow's gone.
