I'm still trying to figure out how they managed to mess up something as simple as a to-go order. I walk into that coffee shop, already frazzled from a chaotic morning commute, and I've got one clear request: a medium iced coffee with one sugar, no room for cream. I'm like, pretty adamant about that one sugar part, so I think it's a given.
