I'm still reeling from the cafe's ineptitude. I ordered my usual flat white, but got a macchiato instead. The barista, with an apologetic smile, just shrugged as if that explained everything. I pointed it out, but did he correct me before handing it over? Nope, I caught the error and sent it back. Unbelievable – it's not that hard.
