I'm still fuming after my morning commute. Got caught up behind a guy who insists on swerving to block entire lanes just to make a right turn at that stupid intersection on Huaihai West. Meanwhile, traffic on Wujiaochang Rd is backed up because he thinks he owns the road – newsflash, buddy, you can turn anytime.
